Strategy - I guide nonprofits and founders through a thoughtful assessment to align goals with organizational values. Similar to the way that a well-diversified investment portfolio helps shareholders, it pays off to diversify your fundraising revenue streams.

​Leadership Development - I assess, strengthen and energize leaders and board members to meet the philanthropic challenges of today and tomorrow. Leaders in a nonprofit are responsible to raise most of the funds. I develop your fundraising skills and set you up for success through training and education.

Fundraising Training - I work with leaders and teams to develop a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization. Everybody in a nonprofit is a fundraiser, regardless of title, position, and ability.

DEIB Training - I coach leaders and their organizations on the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and why it should be at the core of every organizational process. Nonprofit organizations that are willing to embrace diversity not only create an enhanced environment and culture, they also cast a wider net for volunteers and donors.
